Overseeing daily shop operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and profitability
Production scheduling, workflow coordination, and on-time vehicle delivery
Manage repair orders, estimates, supplements, and job tracking from intake to delivery
Communicate with customers, insurance partners, and fleet accounts to provide updates and resolve issues
Supervise technicians and painters, ensuring work is completed to company standards and safety guidelines
Quality control inspections before vehicle delivery
Parts ordering, inventory levels, and vendor coordination
Enforce shop policies, procedures, and compliance with safety and environmental regulations
Hiring, training, coaching, and performance management of shop staff
Daily reporting, KPIs, and productivity tracking
Promote a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment
