Certified Surgical Tech (CST) - Day Surgery

Employment Type: Full time Shift: Day Shift Description: At Saint Alphonsus, our Surgical Services teams play a critical role in delivering exceptional, mission‑driven care. We’re seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to join our Day Surgery Center in Boise — a full‑time, fully benefited role where you’ll support a wide variety of outpatient surgical procedures. What You’ll Do Prepare the surgical environment and ensure all instruments, equipment, and supplies are available and functioning. Support physicians and surgical staff by anticipating needs throughout the procedure. Maintain strict adherence to sterile technique and safety standards. Communicate clearly and effectively with the surgical team and supervisory staff. Contribute to a smooth workflow by organizing supplies, assisting with room turnover, and ensuring all equipment is properly maintained. Demonstrate the Saint Alphonsus Mission, Vision, and Values through every interaction.
