Gastroenterology Nurse Practitioner

Adelphi is seeking Advanced Practitioners (Physician Assistants or Nurse Practitioners) to provide healthcare services at various facilities across Harris County, Texas. The ideal candidates will be responsible for delivering clinical services in mobile health units and community centers throughout the county, conducting patient diagnoses, treatments, and health education for target populations at multiple locations within Harris County.

Required:
• Master's degree
• Active Texas License
• Current BLS certification
• ACLS (AHA)
• Valid Texas driver's license
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience as an Advanced practice Provider in an outpatient clinical/medical setting.
• Preferred: Bilingual skills in another language in addition to English



Responsibilities:
• Conduct patient assessments, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Administer vaccinations and medical procedures as needed.
• Provide family planning services.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare providers.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and the County's policies.
• Any other duties as assigned.
