Your Role

* Identify potential healthcare candidates utilizing our unique platform alongside your network

* Engage with potential candidates to introduce MLR's opportunities and assess their interests

* Coordinate meetings between candidates and our recruitment team for comprehensive screening

* Follow up on leads to maintain interest and guide them through their hiring journey

* Ensure accurate and timely updates in our applicant tracking system

* Receive commission based on successful meetings arranged, interviews conducted, and hires made from your leads

Compensation Structure

This opportunity is entirely commission-based, enabling you to unleash your earning potential without limits.
