• Engage with potential recruits to introduce MLR's opportunities and assess their interest
• Facilitate appointments between candidates and our recruitment team for comprehensive screenings
• Follow up with leads to sustain interest and assist throughout the hiring journey
• Keep precise and current records in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commission tied to meetings secured, interviews held, and hires made through your leads

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
