Your Responsibilities

* Identify and connect with prospective healthcare candidates utilizing our unique platform in tandem with your personal network

* Engage with potential candidates to present MLR opportunities and assess their interests

* Schedule meetings between candidates and our recruitment team for thorough screening sessions

* Maintain ongoing communication with leads to sustain their interest and assist through their hiring journey

* Keep thorough and current records in our applicant tracking system

* Earn commissions based on the meetings arranged, interviews carried out, and hires stemming from your outreach

Requirements for Success

Compensation Structure
