Licensed Psychologist - Clinical/Educational
Location: Watsonville, CA | Hybrid
Type: Full-Time | Onsite Training → Remote Eligible
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Licensed Psychologist to join our team in Watsonville, CA. This role focuses on conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations for individuals ages 3 through adulthood, particularly those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (IDD). The psychologist will review clinical and educational records, conduct interviews and assessments, prepare evaluation reports, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to support appropriate developmental disability services.Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct psychological evaluations, interviews, and diagnostic assessments
· Review psychological, medical, and academic records
· Assess individuals with ASD and IDD
· Prepare detailed psychological reports
· Collaborate with families, schools, providers, and multidisciplinary teams
· Provide consultation regarding developmental disabilities
Requirements:
· Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical or Educational Psychology
· Active California Psychologist License
· 2+ years of experience with ASD/IDD
· Experience with assessments such as WISC, WAIS, ADOS, ABAS, or similar
· Strong clinical interviewing, diagnostic, and report-writing skills
· Valid CA Driver's License and reliable transportation
