Learn more at The Product Director Professional Education will support the TREMFYA brand in Gastroenterology for Crohns disease and ulcerative colitis reporting to the Group Product Director. This is a critical marketing position on a high-priority brand with a focus to continue maximizing the competitive differentiation and drive momentum after the recent launches.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the strategy and execution of national congresses in close collaboration with the internal cross-functional teams incl. Medical Affairs the Thought Leader Liaison Team and agency partners.
• Lead the strategy planning and execution of critical advisory boards incl. the bi-annual top-Tier KOL advisory boards in collaboration with the Thought Leader Liaison Team.
• Act as brand lead for the Dynamic Engagement Plan (JET DEP) evolution for the field team in close collaboration with Advanced Analytics team and field Leadership.
• Manage agency partners ensuring rigor in project management marketing excellence and exceptional execution of key tactics and deliverables.

Qualifications

Education:

A B.A. or a B.S. degree is required and an MBA is preferred.

Experience and Skills:

• A minimum of 5 years business experience of which at least 3 years of successful and dynamic experience is required preferably in Marketing.
• Business experience in Sales Sales Learning & Development or related fields is preferred.
• Your ability to be creative agile and outcome oriented and strong analytically with excellent overall business insight is fundamental.
• You will need to demonstrate excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with a heightened ability to collaborate and work across the marketing and cross-functional teams and with external agency partners and Health Care Professionals to be successful.
• Previous Immunology marketing or sales experience with an infusion biologic as well as a subcutaneous injected biologic would be helpful.
• Demonstrated commitment to learning emerging technologies such as AI through exploration iteration and applying new tools over time is preferred.

• This position may require you to travel up to 30% domestically.
