Learn more at About the Role The Group Product Director, Gastroenterology, will join and lead a highly capable marketing team composed of dedicated and passionate individuals. This position will be responsible for leading a team accountable for the Professional marketing efforts for Gastroenterology. This role will act as a leader in the Immunology marketing team and will report directly to the Director of Marketing. The individual in this position will have responsibility for shaping the HCP Marketing strategy, Professional Promotion and Medical Education. The Group Product Director must develop, retain, and motivate direct reports. Responsible for the development of all employees within team by supporting the development of Human Resources Planning (HRP) programs including management development and training to meet current and future business needs. This individual must demonstrate strong leadership presence through influencing without authority with high-level management, attention to detail, and excellent strategic thinking. This position requires extensive interactions with multiple stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Develop, retain, and motivate a high-performance marketing team in a fast-paced environment. Lead strategy and execution of HCP marketing strategies, positioning, messaging and tactics to drive performance of Gastroenterology across critical Field team Personal Promotion assets, including the Interactive Visual Aid, and Non-Personal Promotion, incl. websites and HCP Media plan assets. Lead in partnership with the Thought Leader Liaison team the relationship management for Key Opinion Leaders and strategy and execution of professional education efforts through Peer-to-Peer programming and advisory boards. Ensure strong partnership with sales leadership and Learning Excellence teams to plan and execute regular field trainings to ensure field team readiness on strategy and new data execution. Work closely with the Commercial Excellence team to translate data into meaningful insights that shape strategy. Play a critical role partnering with cross functional partners including Medical Affairs, Global Marketing, Finance, Sales and cross-franchise marketing to identify new differentiation opportunities and develop plans and tactics for the U.S. business an #J-18808-Ljbffr Johnson Johnson
