Schedule

• ARDEX corporate offices, 400 ARDEX Park Drive, Center Township, PA 15001. Woodland campus with walking trails and free parking

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment activities for hourly and salaried positions across ARDEX Americas, partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent.
• Actively and regularly represent ARDEX at high schools, career fairs, technical schools, colleges, and community recruiting events, building talent pipelines and promoting ARDEX as an employer of choice.
• Screen applicants, conduct interviews, coordinate interview processes, and provide hiring managers with candidate recommendations and interview feedback.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies, leverage social media and professional networks to attract qualified candidates.
• Prepare employment offers and maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruiting process.
• Coordinate and administer all pre-employment activities including background checks, reference checks,i9 verifications, employment verifications, and all onboarding activities (via Paylocity system) with high level of accuracy.
• Prepare new hire orientation schedules and conduct employee orientations
• Maintain recruitment, onboarding, and employee records within Paylocity HRIS and applicant tracking systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support employee engagement, development, recognition programs, training events, and other People & Culture initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum two (2) years of recruitment and interviewing experience
• Experience with HRIS is essential. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus
• Experience with career fairs, high school / college outreach and proactive candidate sourcing is preferred
• Proven high attention to detail and precision in maintaining accurate personnel records
• Proven organizational skills; able to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Confident and clear communicator (verbal and written). Excellent listening skills. Engaging presenter. Builds and maintains relationships easily.
• Positive, problem-solving, "can-do" mindset
• Strong team player: collaborates effectively with a diverse team across different locations
• Proficient in MS Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

• Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred, or minimum completed High School Diploma with relevant work experience
• Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel - mostly locally
