Responsibilities Responsible for managing the planning, development, implementation and maintenance of Windows/Web based applications and systems contributing to the overall Information Technology strategy and plan Works with business stakeholders and the Company Lead Teams, to identify, evaluate and prioritize Information Technology requirements, facilitating organizational change when necessary Works with business stakeholders, Company Lead Teams to develop, maintain, implement, and measure Project Manager Information Technology plans by providing tactical and strategic technical direction utilizing standard practices that support the growth and future technology advances to the benefit of Company Works with Information Technology Management to develop standards for all Information Technology systems and applications to assure that Information Technology service meets agreed service levels Works with business owners to develop the business case for initialInformation Technology requests (Project Definitions, Return On Investment) Reviews and evaluates project feasibility studies and make recommendations. Direct the creation of Project Request Authorization with Information Technology team Manage a team comprised of Programmer Analysts responsible for software development Responsible for the code review and mentoring of Programmer Analysts Responsible for delivering defect-free solutions to Quality Assurance Responsible for building new software applications including: overall review, design, accurate estimations and timely delivery Responsible for budgeting and implementing new technologies in accordance with Company corporate Information Technology plans and capabilities Performs other tasks as assigned Qualifications Education/Learning Experience: Required: A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Business Administration plus a minimum of seven-ten years experience in Information Technology Work Experience: Required: Experience in Information Technology standards and best practices for naming conventions; source control; version control; testing; production turnover; specification development and systems analysis; and release management. Hands on experience with C#/VB.Net, Visual Studio .Net, SQL Server, LINQ Desired: Prefer experience with Sharepoint and/or BizTalk Skills/Knowledge: Required: Hands on experience with C#/VB.Net, Visual Studio .Net, SQL Server, LINQ Behavior Competencies: Required: Analytical Reasoning, Organization and Planning, Teamwork, Customer Service, and Leadership About our Line of Business BrightSpring Health Services provides complementary home- and community-based health solutions for complex populations in need of specialized and/or chronic care.
