Graphic Designer

**Job Description Summary:**Focus is seeking a Graphic Designer for the in-house creative team. The Graphic Designer will collaborate with the Creative Director, Art Director, and other designers to develop high-quality visual communications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs across various media platforms. From concept to execution, the Graphic Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, specifically supporting Focus enterprise efforts including the firm’s business management and family office business units, to deliver high-quality visual solutions that align with our brand identity and objectives.**Job Description:****Primary Responsibilities*** Create eye-catching and innovative designs for print and digital media* Collaborate with stakeholders, team, and other departments to understand project requirements and objectives* Use graphic design software and tools to produce visual concepts, layouts, and design elements based on project specifications* Work cross-functionally between Focus’ business units to represent the design team and execute on requests outside of the typical Focus workflow* Ensure brand guidelines and directives are embraced and adhered to across all design projects throughout the company, while also developing curated looks for each of the firm’s brands* Design and/or enhance PowerPoint presentations* Stay updated on design trends, industry standards, and best practices* Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines**Qualifications*** 3+ years experience as a graphic designer, agency or in-house experience a plus* Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field (optional, depending on experience)* Strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse design projects (please include your portfolio when submitting your resume or include a link to your portfolio on your resume.* Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including a willingness to receive and implement feedback and constructive criticism* Meticulous attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines* Ability to work both independently and as a part of a highly collaborative team structure* Understanding of typography, photography, color theory and design principles* Expertise in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint design and layout**Preferred Qualifications*** Experience with using AI to assist with design and creative workflow* Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus* Knowledge of UX/UI design principles* Experience with print production* Familiarity with web design and developmentThis position is an exempt position. The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $60,000–$70,000 base salary compensation range. Actual base pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant’s skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k).
