Director, Workday HRIS Strategy & Analytics

MiTek is seeking a Senior HRIS/Workday leader to own the end-to-end Workday environment, drive a multi-year strategy, and oversee global HRIS initiatives. You will partner with HR, IT, and Finance to translate business needs into robust configurations, security, and integrations.
