Cost EstimatorALFA Tech is a Construction Management, Cost Estimating and Scanning FirmJob DescriptionCreate detailed cost estimates, cost plans, and procurement strategies tailored to client needsReview bids and analyze change orders to ensure projects stay on track and within budgetConduct value engineering studies to optimize project outcomesLeverage advanced tools for accurate estimatingOffer specialized cost advice and support for commercial and institutional projectsQualificationsA degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field4 years of Cost Estimating experienceExperience with Estimating SoftwareDeep understanding of complex construction projectsProven expertise in cost estimating, including experience with processes and toolsCollaborative, detail-oriented professional with a passion for delivering value to clients and stakeholdersCandidate must be comfortable working remotely but able to maintain excellent communication with clients during regular business hoursAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
