Cost Estimator Project Management/PMO SupportAlexandria, VA Jul 20, 2026Blu Omega is seeking a Cost Estimator to support a federal program focused on cost estimation and financial analysis. This role operates onsite within Arlington, VA, and is responsible for developing and maintaining IT lifecycle cost estimates, assisting with knowledge sharing, and providing documentation and presentation support to senior staff and Government stakeholders. The position requires experience supporting government cost analysis and lifecycle estimation activities.Program OverviewProgram: Software Evaluation and Estimation Resource (SEER 2)Mission overview: Supports the investment planning and budgeting efforts through lifecycle cost estimating and knowledge sharing.
