We want someone who takes ownership of their work, delivers an exceptional customer experience, and helps set the standard for our field team as the business grows.Benefits: Company car, competitive salary, free uniforms, opportunity for advancement, paid time off, profit sharing, training & development, wellness resources.What You'll Do:Perform professional carpet, upholstery, floor, and specialty cleaningAssist with and perform water mitigation and restoration servicesEvaluate job sites and recommend services to customersDeliver a professional, positive customer experience from arrival to completionComplete work orders, photos, job notes, and moisture logs accurately and on timeOperate, clean, and maintain company equipment, tools, and vehiclesFollow safety procedures, service standards, and job-site protocolsIdentify additional services that may benefit the customerHelp train new technicians as the team growsPursue ongoing training and certifications, and cross-train in mold remediation, fire and smoke restoration, odor control, and other specialty servicesLead by example and contribute to a positive, accountable team cultureWhat We're Looking For:1-3 years of experience in carpet cleaning, water mitigation/restoration, cleaning services, construction, maintenance, or another hands-on service industry (preferred)Strong customer-service and communication skillsDependable, professional, and comfortable owning assigned workWillingness to learn new processes, equipment, and techniquesComfortable using a smartphone or tablet for documentationAbility to meet the physical demands of cleaning and restoration workHigh school diploma or GED (preferred)Valid driver's license and clean driving recordIICRC certifications such as CCT or WRT are a plus but not required.What Success Looks Like:You show up ready to work, communicate professionally, take pride in quality, look for solutions without waiting to be told, welcome feedback, treat customers' homes and businesses with care, and understand that great service matters as much as great technical work.Grow With Us:We're building more than a company; we're building a team.
