STREET LIGHTING ELECTRICIAN (C) (REVISED 06/03/26)

Annual Salary $116,740 (flat rated) Annual salary is at the start of the pay range. The current salary range is subject to change. Responsibilities A Street Lighting Electrician acts as a lead for and works with a crew of workers engaged in the construction and repair of electrolier street lighting systems. Qualifications Valid Class B driver’s license issued by the California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) and a valid medical certificate approved by the DMV Two years of full-time paid experience as an Assistant Street Lighting Electrician, Line Maintenance Assistant, or equivalent role providing experience in constructing electrolier street lighting systems and repair and maintenance of low voltage street lighting circuitry Optional: One year of experience in the repair and maintenance of high voltage street lighting circuitry for selective certification positions Benefits Employee benefit coverage (including health and dental coverage, as well as life insurance) will commence approximately six weeks after appointment.
