Role Overview:
This role is for a ServiceNow Technical Consultant, responsible for leading implementation projects across various ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CSM, and FSM. The consultant will leverage expertise in ITIL processes, integration solutions, and architecture to meet customer business requirements and ensure successful ServiceNow deployments, migrations, and upgrades. The position requires a proactive approach to issue resolution, technical mentorship, and strong client and team management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
This role is for a ServiceNow Technical Consultant, responsible for leading implementation projects across various ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CSM, and FSM. The consultant will leverage expertise in ITIL processes, integration solutions, and architecture to meet customer business requirements and ensure successful ServiceNow deployments, migrations, and upgrades. The position requires a proactive approach to issue resolution, technical mentorship, and strong client and team management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a Technical Lead, guiding implementation projects in ServiceNow ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CSM, and FSM areas.
- Define ITIL processes, design integration solutions, and contribute to architectural understanding.
- Translate customer business requirements into functional specifications and provide accurate estimations.
- Manage ServiceNow deployments, migrations, consolidations, upgrades, and integrations with third-party tools.
- Proactively analyze and resolve application issues, providing technical guidance to the team.
- Handle customer meetings, deliver weekly/monthly reports, and manage project teams effectively.
- Participate in planning meetings, including pre-iteration and retrospectives.
- Extensive experience with ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CSM, FSM.
- Strong understanding and application of ITIL process knowledge.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow deployments, migrations, upgrades, and third-party integrations.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
- 4-6 years of relevant experience.
- ServiceNow Systems Administrator certification.
- ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification.
- ITIL V3 foundation certification.
- Experience in ServiceNow custom application design and development.
- Ability to evaluate tool stability and performance, providing recommendations.
- Knowledge of new ServiceNow modules such as HRSD, SecOps, GRC, SPM.
- ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications.
