As a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant, you will take on a leadership role in developing and implementing cloud computing platforms to facilitate efficient digital workflows for enterprise operations. Your expertise will be pivotal in guiding complex technical implementations, ensuring customer success, and establishing value through innovative solutions.What You Will DoLead the estimation, design, and delivery of advanced solutions for customers incorporating deep understanding of process design, ServiceNow technical best practices, and industry standardsSpearhead the creation, deployment, and enhancement of technical best practices and standards, driving continuous improvementOversee completeness, consistency, and high quality of technical deliverables to ensure they meet customer expectationsChampion the evolution of Professional and Managed Services processes, enhancing portfolios, capabilities, and best practicesManage and mentor junior consultants, providing guidance and support throughout project lifecyclesCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams to address complex technical challengesContinuously assess and enhance internal processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness in service deliveryStay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and ServiceNow platform updatesWhat We Expect of YouMust have an active Top Secret clearance and also have an active IAT-II certificationBachelor's Degree and 5+ years experience OR 9+ years experience3+ years focused on ServiceNow platform implementationsServiceNow CSA, plus multiple ServiceNow CIS certifications demonstrating advanced proficiencyExtensive knowledge of ITIL framework and proven experience applying ITIL principlesExpertise in LDAP, SSL, SAML/SSO, and web services integrationsDemonstrated track record leading development and delivery of complex ITSM solutions including Agile methodologiesExceptional communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholdersStrong leadership capabilities with focus on mentoring and developing team membersCustomer-centric mindset; proven ability to make sound decisions impacting project outcomesPay range: $190,000 - $220,000 depending on experience and skill setSalary ranges may be subject to geographic differentialsBenefits overview: is committed to being an AI-fluent organizationWe’re looking for people who bring curiosity, a learner’s mindset, and a willingness to engage with ever-evolving technology and tools.
