Food Supervisor at Sodexo, FORT VALLEY STATE UNIVERSITY Location: 1005 STATE UNIVERSITY DR, FORT VALLEY, GA, 31030 • Workdays/shifts: Varying shifts, days/hours (open availability preferred) • Employment Type: Full-time • Pay Range: $14.00 per hour – $16.00 per hour What You’ll Do: Provides oversight at the direction of management on‑site to coordinate routine work activities of service employees engaged in food operations, including but not limited to fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events/banquets, casual dining and cafes. Provides support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business. Assists in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees. Facilitates orientation and training of employees. Works with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution. Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity. Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements. What You Bring: Team‑oriented, adaptable, reliable, and nurturers of a healthy/safe working environment for all. 1 or more years of related work experience. Previous supervisory experience preferred.
