Benefits Strategy & Compliance Manager

MGA Entertainment in Los Angeles seeks a Benefits Manager to design, implement and administer our health and welfare programs. You will ensure regulatory compliance and streamline employee communications around benefits. You will collaborate with brokers, leadership and HR to benchmark programs, manage relationships, and oversee leaves and leave laws compliance.
