Director, Employee Benefits & Compliance

MGA Entertainment seeks a Benefits Director to design, implement, and administer the company’s health and welfare benefits programs. You will ensure compliance with applicable regulations and align programs with MGA’s strategic objectives. Responsibilities include benchmarking benefits, negotiating with providers, and leading ACA reporting, 401(k) governance, and leave management.
