Administrative Assistant

Job Description
Provide administrative support for up to two directors. Access to confidential and proprietary data and reporting.
Duties/Activities Required by Job
- General office duties, answer phones, coordinate meetings, calendars, create/proof correspondence, reports and liaison with other departments
- Act as a project manager on special projects, assist staff members on special projects; explain policies where necessary
- Assist with travel arrangements for department; handle arrangements for company events
- Other duties, as assigned
Education/Experience Requirements
- Associate's degree in business management or related field, bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- 3 – 5 years' experience
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Experience with communicating with the outside public, customers, government or regulatory officials required
