Job Description
York Employment is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to support the monthly sales reporting process, maintain existing reports, and contribute to the enhancement of reporting tools and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation, analysis, and maintenance of monthly sales reports
- Develop, update, and enhance sales reporting using Excel
- Convert existing and legacy sales reports from Microsoft Access into Excel-based formats
- Support ad hoc reporting requests and data analysis needs
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties as required
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including data analysis, formulas, and pivot tables)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Solid organizational and administrative skills
Additional Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience with SAP and/or SAP Business Warehouse
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Access
- Familiarity with Power BI
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
