This is a growth opportunity within an established employment group that handles a mix of day-to-day counseling and employment litigation for sophisticated employer-side clients across a range of industries. The team is looking to add an attorney with strong litigation fundamentals who is either already focused on labor & employment work or interested in building a long-term practice in the space.

Ideal candidates will have:

• 2+ years of commercial litigation experience in a law firm setting
• A demonstrated interest in building or deepening a labor & employment practice
• Strong writing, research, and case management skills
• Any prior exposure to employment litigation or counseling experience is a plus
