Key Responsibilities

• Advise corporate clients on mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, and minority investments

• Draft and negotiate sophisticated transaction documents and corporate agreements

• Manage deal processes from due diligence through closing

• Coordinate transaction teams and oversee key aspects of complex corporate transactions

• Counsel clients on general corporate governance and transactional matters

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships

• Handle sophisticated domestic and cross-border M&A transactions

• 3-6 years of mergers and acquisitions experience at a law firm
