This class lies below that of Tractor Operator.Essential FunctionsCleans, plants, fertilizes, sprinkles, mows, edges, and otherwise maintains grounds and play areas.Trims hedges and rakes leaves.Polices and maintains grounds and picks up trash.Plants trees and shrubbery.Assists in laying out, reconditioning, and readying athletic fields, entailing sodding as necessary.Drives trucks for hauling sand, fill and other materials.Performs other duties as assigned.Probation: Six (6) monthsQualificationsOpen Requirements: NAPromotional Requirements: NALicensing: A valid Florida Class E driver's license is required prior to appointment and must be maintained during employment in this class.
