Apartment Community Groundskeeper

Were seeking a reliable Groundskeeper to maintain exterior cleanliness, safety, and common-area appearance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain exterior common areas: sidewalks, courtyards, parking lots, trash enclosures, and walkways
- Empty and clean trash/recycling areas; remove debris and litter from grounds
- Sweep and pressure-wash exterior surfaces and common areas as needed
- Perform basic exterior maintenance and repairs (fencing, signage, trash cans, lighting fixtures)
- Operate and maintain non-landscaping equipment (pavement sweepers, blowers, pressure washers)
- Monitor and report safety hazards, property damage, vandalism, and maintenance needs to management
- Assist with move-in/move-out clean-ups, event setups, and special projects
- Follow property safety, appearance, and sustainability standards
Qualifications:
- 1+ year groundskeeping, maintenance, custodial, or general labor experience preferred
- Ability to operate relevant equipment safely
- Basic handyman skills for light exterior repairs
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand and walk for extended periods, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
