Pay: $22/hr | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5 PM

BG Staffing is seeking a skilled Certified Maintenance Technician to support an apartment community in Jacksonville, FL (32209) . This role is ideal for a certified maintenance professional who can handle daily repairs, troubleshoot systems, and maintain high property standards.
Responsibilities
- Complete work orders and general maintenance repairs
- Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues
- Assist with unit turns and make‑ready tasks
- Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities
- Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
- Provide friendly, professional service to residents
Requirements
- Maintenance certification required
- Strong apartment maintenance experience
- Reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently
