These services are designed to enhance physical and mental health, increase energy, relieve pain and inflammation, detoxify the body, and boost metabolism, offering holistic approaches to a healthier lifestyle. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a warm, outgoing team member to join our newest studio. This part‑time position located in Southlake, TX, offers 20 to 25 hours per week with flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends. What You’ll Do: Welcome: You’ll be the first person clients see, so your role is crucial in creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We want clients to feel comfortable and excited about their wellness journey. Educate: Provide clients with information about our cutting‑edge services, from infrared saunas to full‑body cryotherapy. You’ll explain membership options, pricing, and answer any questions they may have. Sell: Help clients choose the best wellness packages or single services to fit their needs. Your enthusiasm and knowledge will drive them to invest in their well‑being. Support: Escort clients to service rooms, assist with scheduling, checkouts, and setting up new client profiles. Maintain: Help keep the studio clean and organized, contributing to the relaxing and positive environment we create for everyone. Qualifications: Outgoing Personality: We are looking for someone with a positive, can‑do attitude who thrives in a customer‑facing role. Passion for Wellness: Whether it's fitness, health, or holistic wellness, your enthusiasm for helping people improve their lives will shine. Customer Service Experience: One year of experience in a retail or service environment is preferred, but we value your eagerness to learn even more! Tech‑Savvy: Prior experience with scheduling software like Mindbody is a plus, but not a must—we provide paid training.
