Project Manager As our Project Manager you will lead a team of digital superheroes and coordinate full life cycle software development. Responsibilities include analysis, solution architecture design, software development in .NET, SQL Server, quality code standards, accurate project documentation, tracking projects, preventing overruns and non-billable hours, technical interviews, training developers and supporting sales staff. Project Organization and Planning Project organization and planning Project timelines and schedules Budget control and deadlines Quality control/assurance Interviewing & hiring of software developers Min. of 3 years of commercial experience in managing a software development project team Min. of 5 years of commercial experience in developing multi-tier desktop and web applications with .NET Key Knowledge Full life cycle project management of software development projects (both waterfall and agile) Proficiency with VB.NET and C# Proficiency with current versions of MVC, Entity Framework, LINQ SQL Server programming (stored procedures) Key knowledge of Structured and Object Oriented Programming Techniques Key knowledge of application, database and GUI design Excellent communication and writing skills Nice to Have Configuration management using TFS; Scrum templates in TFS Experience in Rapid Prototyping Proficiency with software design patterns Important Notes Salary based on experience. QA Software Tester/.NET Developer We are seeking professional QA Software Tester/.NET Developers to join our Custom Software Development team and support QA software testing (manual and automated) and troubleshooting tasks (desktop and web applications). You must be passionate about creating great software solutions for our clients and digging deep to locate and find the cause of software bugs. Skills / Requirements Software troubleshooting, bug fixing and QA testing for Microsoft Windows desktop and web applications Writing queries in SQL Server 2008 and above 3+ years of experience in software QA testing and automated testing tools Ability to interpret client questions and determine what information is needed to provide an effective response Focus on end user troubleshooting and manage queue of support tickets Ensure excellent communication with customers resulting in high level of customer satisfaction Relay all pertinent information into the bug tracking system and interact with the application development team for application fixes and updates Develop and provide clarification and input on technical specifications, user manuals and other product documentation Ability to learn new software functionality quickly Nice to Have Knowledge Base management and maintenance 5+ years of experience in a related field such as programming, technical customer support and troubleshooting Bachelor degree in Computer Science, IT, IS, MIS, or similar degree or possess equivalent experience 1 year of experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server Familiarity with Microsoft Access and VBA programming a plus Experience with technical writing a plus, or willingness to improve skills in this area Experience with bug tracking or help desk ticketing system a plus Important Notes Salary based on experience. Technical Support Specialist We are looking for a full-time Technical Support Specialist interested in furthering his/her IT career with a recognized industry leader. Position Summary The objective of the Technical Support Specialist is to provide superb customer experience through remote and on-site support to our clients. The IT Support Technician will interact daily with clients in order to fully understand client needs, requests and requirements. Our technicians strive to: Answer incoming calls and tickets from clients with technical problems Troubleshoot Windows 7, Windows 8, and business applications such as Office Document tickets and resolution within the ticketing system in accordance with company procedures Escalate issues as needed Reports to Lead System Engineer Minimum Qualifications & Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent required, Some college preferred Experience in a Help Desk or PC support required Person must have excellent phone and customer service skills Must have 1 call, 1 resolution mindset Must have reliable transportation Strong team player Must have experience and ability to explain technical issues to non-technical client representatives Must have a valid drivers’ license and a reliable working vehicle Ability to take part in on-call rotation Preference Given For Experience with a ticketing system a plus Experience working with Remote Management and Monitoring tools Systems Engineer The objective of the System Engineer is to provide superb customer service through remote and on-site support to our clients. The Systems Engineer will interact daily with clients in order to fully understand client needs, requests and requirements. Our technicians strive to: Successfully resolve incoming service tickets related to Windows Operating Systems including Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows Server 2003-20XX as well as service projects with the goal of complete customer satisfaction Participates in the support and implementation of client solutions as well as advising clients on technical challenges facing their business Provide end user support for business related technologies Perform network diagnostics and repairs Assist clients by identifying opportunities to better utilize current business technology Maintain a thorough knowledge of IT products and services Continually update their expertise on concepts relating to business technology and the Microsoft platform Document all work performed in accordance with company procedures and system tools Reports to Lead System Engineer Minimum Qualifications & Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's Degree preferred Minimum of 2 years of experience in hands on role working with Microsoft Server Operating Systems and installing Windows Desktop operating systems Working knowledge and at least 2 years experience deploying and supporting Microsoft Office applications Experience with Active Directory, Exchange and Small Business Server Experience with configuring and troubleshooting networks and firewalls Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, IIS, Exchange Server and VMWare Experience working on assigned tickets through completion and logging time and ticket status Experience supporting Backup processes and products (I.e.
