Project Engineer - Mechanical / Advanced Technology Projects

Salary:$100,000-$125,000
Onsite: Santa Clara, California

Key Responsibilities for the Project Engineer:

* Support project coordination, procurement, scheduling, cost tracking, and project documentation.
* Review drawings, specifications, submittals, and vendor documentation for coordination and constructability.
* Assist with RFIs, change orders, meeting documentation, and project communications.
* Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, engineers, and general contractors to resolve project issues.
* Track equipment procurement, material deliveries, fabrication progress, and installation readiness.
* Support commissioning, startup activities, closeout documentation, and warranty turnover.

Qualifications for the Project Engineer:

* Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field, or equivalent industry experience.
* 2-5 years of experience in mechanical construction, engineering, project coordination, or a related technical role.
* Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, P&IDs, and coordination documents.
* Experience with Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, Excel, Teams, and construction management software.
