Production Supervisor

Production SupervisorJimmy's Gourmet Bakery is looking for an experienced Production Supervisor for our overnight shift (11 PM- 7 AM) to lead our manufacturing team in a fast-paced food production environment. This role is responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring employee safety, maintaining quality standards, meeting production goals, and developing production staff.RequirementsSupervise production employees to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations.Monitor production schedules, line performance, and productivity.Ensure employees follow all food safety, GMP, quality, and safety procedures.Train, coach, and develop new and existing employees.Monitor attendance, performance, and employee accountability.Work closely with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and other departments to minimize downtime.Ensure production targets are met while maintaining product quality.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Complete production reports and communicate shift updates during handoffs.Promote teamwork and continuous improvement throughout the department.Qualifications3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment (food manufacturing preferred).Experience managing production lines and large hourly teams.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.Knowledge of food safety, GMPs, HACCP, and OSHA regulations is preferred.Comfortable using Microsoft Office and production reporting systems.Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.Frequently bend, reach, push, pull, and lift up to 25 pounds.Comfortable working around moving machinery in a manufacturing environment.Ability to work in varying temperatures and moderate to loud noise levelsOur Commitment to YouAt Jimmy's Gourmet Bakery, we believe our team's success starts with feeling valued and supported.
