What you'll do: Create and deliver unforgettable guest experiences with your energy and top‑tier service mindset Deliver food and beverages throughout the venue, including multiple bars and event spaces Drive sales on every shift – smash targets through upselling, product knowledge and proactive guest engagement Understand daily goals and challenges, working with your team to succeed Take pride in your venue, making sure it’s well‑stocked and ready to impress at all times Follow all safety and compliance procedures to keep guests and your teammates safe Take the opportunities to go above and beyond and anticipate our guests’ needs What you've got: Uniqueness and a passion for fun Energy, enthusiasm, positivity - and bucketloads of it! Customer service, hospitality or retail experience and a love for building customer rapport A love of interacting with a diverse range of guests – teens, kids and adults Team‑driven focus with the natural ability to motivate yourself and those around you Proven ability to communicate effectively Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds and standing for long periods Flexibility in your schedule, must be available on weekends and nights – that’s where the action is!
