Member Experience Supervisor Full Time

Responsibilities Provide leadership and direction within the club and drive performance for departments you directly manage Lead Front End Leads (FELs), Cashiers, and Membership Sales Ambassadors; ensure consistent execution of policies and a positive member service experience Develop talent, demonstrate leadership, and deliver results consistently Lead audit compliance efforts, collaborate with Business Partners, oversee certification and training to ensure operational excellence Maintain GOLD standards and ensure daily execution of club and member service standards Manage staffing, scheduling, coaching, feedback, and discipline to maintain engagement and accountability Leverage reporting tools to drive performance, identify opportunities, and optimize results with the Assistant Club Manager of Member Experience Communicate effectively across teams to coordinate membership initiatives and club operations Drive membership growth and retention through acquisition, retention, loyalty, and member experience initiatives Maintain regular attendance and support operations as needed Qualifications Demonstrates leadership capabilities, including supervising cross-functional teams and driving results 2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, Email) required High school diploma, college degree, or equivalent leadership/retail experience preferred Open shift availability required At least 18 years of age; must maintain training and required certifications Benefits Weekly pay: Get paid every week Free BJ’s Memberships: Complimentary Club Card and a free household supplementary membership Generous paid time off: vacation, personal, sick days, holidays, bereavement, jury duty leave Flexible and affordable health benefits: medical plans plus optional dental, vision, HSA 401(k) retirement savings with company match Employee Stock Purchase Plan: after-tax payroll deductions for BJ’s stock at a discount Eligibility varies by position #J-18808-Ljbffr BJ's Wholesale Club, Inc.
