This position is responsible for leading a team of assembly technicians, managing daily production activities, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The role focuses on delivering strong operational performance and high-quality products to customers across the Americas region. Responsibilities Overseeing the production schedules to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely, efficient manner. Implementing and maintaining safety assurance procedures to guarantee the well-being of all team members. Ensuring the quality of all work produced, adhering to the highest standards of the Accounting + Finance industry. Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate productivity and identify areas for improvement. Managing workflow to optimize efficiency and productivity, making necessary adjustments as needed. Leading production efforts, coordinating with various departments to ensure all components are effectively integrated. Overseeing inventory, ensuring all necessary materials are available when needed, and managing stock levels. Implementing and managing automation processes to improve efficiency and accuracy in the assembly process. Guiding, mentoring, and developing team members, fostering a positive, productive work environment. Qualifications A minimum of 5 years of experience in Assembly or Manufacturing Operations & 2+ years of leadership/management experience Proven experience with production schedules, safety assurance, quality control, KPIs, workflow management, production, inventory, etc. Exceptional leadership abilities, with a proven track record of guiding teams to success. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate data and make informed decisions. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to a variety of audiences. A detail-oriented mindset, with a strong focus on accuracy and precision. A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field is preferred. Knowledge of industry-standard software and tools, with a focus on automation technologies.
