Responsibilities Lead a team of helpers, building professional relationships and supporting individual team members in meeting and exceeding goals. Lead the day‑to‑day needs of the food production department with direction of Supervisors and Management. Deliver necessary communication to ensure food quality and on‑time delivery of finished product are guaranteed. Carry out assigned work to ensure on‑time delivery of finished product. Train new hires and make sure all training sessions are recorded. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Proactive and self‑organized. Ability to manage through a substantial workload. Capable to work independently as well as in a team environment. Ability to complete assigned tasks within the given time in order to meet strict deadlines. Ability to move, lift, carry, pull or push as needed. Ability to work long hours on foot and in environments with varying temperatures. Flexibility to work different shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays) based on business needs. Education & Experience Must be able to read, write and handle multiple food products (fish, beef, pork, poultry and other food products). Minimum 1 year of experience in high volume food service or food manufacturing production with experience/exposure to leadership roles. Experience in a high‑end food knowledge is a plus.
