At its core, networking provides tools and capabilities to the organization that allow for easy and smooth enablement of business functions. The team is responsible for all aspects of the lululemon Network: Stores, Warehouses, Cloud, Data Center, and Corporate Offices, from architecture/design to implementation to operations.A day in the life: The successful candidate:Enjoys building and supporting solutions that enable others to work smoothly and efficientlyWorks closely with other technologists and business partners alikeWill be part of a team that is responsible for supporting and optimizing a large scale, complex, high performance network across the global footprint, including the SSCs, Stores, Distribution Centers, Cloud environments and all interface points with lululemon core application systemsApproaches technology with a business and customer service viewUses networks, systems, and automation languages to create, test, and operate sustainable Network applications and servicesEnsures the Network is designed to be highly available, stable, and observable via Network Engineering best practicesAssists in troubleshooting and resolving production system issuesPushes for consistent improvementIs a collaborative teammate that works effectively across organizational structuresExcels in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environmentQualifications:5+ years of hands-on experience working in an Enterprise scale Network Engineering roleCurrent professional network certification such as CCNP or equivalent knowledgeFamiliarity with programming and automation tools and concepts (e.g. Python, CI/CD, Terraform, GIT) preferredStrong fundamental knowledge of OSI layers 1-4Strong fundamental knowledge of routing (e.g. OSPF and BGP), switching (e.g. STP), firewalls, Enterprise wireless, and Cloud networkingBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experienceHands-on experience with Meraki products and Palo Alto firewalls preferredJob DescriptionMust haves:Acknowledges the presence of choice in every moment and takes personal responsibility for their lifePossesses an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovates to achieve great resultsCommunicates with honesty and kindness and creates the space for others to do the sameLeads with courage, knowing the possibility of greatness is bigger than the fear of failureFosters connection by putting people first and building trusting relationshipsIntegrates fun and joy as a way of being and working, aka doesn’t take themselves too seriously
