Green Clean Janitorial is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Floor Technician to join our growing team in the Raleigh area. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in high-quality floor care and has hands-on experience with specialty flooring, including terrazzo and carpeted surfaces.

Responsibilities:

• Perform professional floor care services including stripping, waxing, buffing, burnishing, and scrubbing
• Clean and maintain terrazzo floors, carpeted areas, and other specialty surfaces
• Perform carpet cleaning using commercial equipment
• Safely use and maintain floor equipment, tools, and cleaning chemicals
• Move furniture and equipment as needed to complete floor work
• Follow floor care plans and safety procedures
• Report floor damage, maintenance issues, or supply needs
• Maintain a professional presence at all client sites

Schedule:

• Flexible schedule based on project needs

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Floor Technician is required
• Proven experience with terrazzo floor care and carpet cleaning
• Knowledge of floor equipment, chemicals, and proper techniques
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Reliable transportation
• Must be open to travel as needed
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks
• Must meet Green Clean Janitorial standards for professionalism and reliability
