Senior Project Manager

To support the operations of a paid media agency, the full-time Senior Project Manager will oversee the campaign lifecycle for multiple client accounts, manage client communications and approvals, and ensure team capacity is optimized, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Run the full ClickUp campaign workflow from planning to client approval and launch Manage client communication and the approval cycle, ensuring timely updates and expectations Groom team sprints to maintain capacity and identify potential risks before they impact deadlines Required qualifications 4+ years of experience in project or operations management within an agency, preferably in paid media or digital marketing Working understanding of paid campaign processes and readiness checklists Strong proficiency in ClickUp or equivalent project management tools Proven track record of developing or improving operational processes and workflows Ability to communicate clearly and directly in written form #J-18808-Ljbffr IMPACT Branding & Design, LLC
