Field Experience Associate - Chicago HOKA

Overview The Field Experience Associate represents HOKA in the Chicago market by delivering product education, retail training, community events, and consumer activations that drive brand awareness and product adoption. Acting as a field marketing and brand experience ambassador, this role partners with specialty running retailers, consumers, and local communities to create engaging experiences through product demonstrations, training clinics, and grassroots events. The position combines experiential marketing, retail partnerships, event execution, brand advocacy, community engagement, and relationship management to strengthen HOKA’s presence and drive growth throughout the territory. Responsibilities Represent HOKA in the Chicago market by delivering product education, retail training, community events, and consumer activations that drive brand awareness and product adoption. Serve as a field marketing and brand experience ambassador to strengthen HOKA’s presence and drive growth throughout the territory. Lead experiential marketing initiatives, manage retail partnerships, execute events, advocate for the brand, and support community engagement and relationship management. Qualifications Experience in field marketing, brand activation, or related roles is preferred. Strong communication, relationship-building, and event coordination skills.
