In this role, you will ensure accurate and compliant multi-state payroll processing while supporting key HR functions including benefits, employee relations, onboarding, and compliance. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment.What You’ll DoProcess multi-state payroll for hourly and salaried employees with a high level of accuracy.Ensure timely payroll processing and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.Maintain payroll and employee data within HRIS and payroll systems.Support benefits administration, including enrollments and open enrollment activities.Assist with employee relations matters, including investigations and issue resolution.Support onboarding, offboarding, and recruiting coordination.Ensure compliance with employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ACA, ADA, COBRA, EEO).Prepare payroll and HR reports for leadership and internal stakeholders.What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.5+ years of HR experience.4+ years of hands-on payroll administration experience.Multi-state payroll experience required.Strong knowledge of payroll laws and wage & hour regulations.Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).Experience with HRIS/payroll systems (Workday, ADP, or similar).Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.Professional certification (CPP, SHRM-CP, or PHR) and experience supporting 200+ employees preferred.Why Join Us?Take on a hands-on, high-impact HR role with payroll ownership.Join a stable, growing organization in a key phase of expansion.Support a transitioning headquarters and evolving workforce.Additional InformationApplicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. The Company will not sponsor or take over sponsorship of any employment visa, including without limitation, H-1B, O-1, E-3, TN status, or I-485 job portability or similar immigration processes.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and celebrate diversity, fostering an inclusive workplace where all employees thrive. #J-18808-Ljbffr
