Main Requirements: Maintain and enhance marketing strategies that bring in prospective clients and grow Peak's brand Maximize our twelve marketing funnels including: community workshops, TV and radio, podcast, YouTube, and published books Seek out new opportunities to grow our presence and impact as we scale into a national brand Ensure the leadership team has accurate reports and dashboards related to marketing performance Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing with operational and business objectives Demonstrate consistent alignment with company values in all work and communication Participate in self-improvement initiatives to grow in your role and better serve the team
