Marketing Specialist

We're partnering with our client, a leading retail and consumer brand, to hire a Print Marketing Specialist to support customer retention and lifecycle marketing initiatives during a critical seasonal period. This role is focused on large-scale print and omnichannel campaigns, customer segmentation, testing strategy, and performance optimization across owned marketing channels. The ideal candidate is strategic, detail-oriented, and experienced in customer marketing and campaign analysis. Role: Print Marketing Specialist Location: Columbus, OH (Hybrid) Duration: 3-Month Contract Pay Rate: $30/hour Key Responsibilities: Support the strategy and execution of large-scale print, direct mail, and omnichannel marketing campaigns. Develop customer segmentation and targeting strategies to drive engagement and retention. Manage campaign testing and analyze performance to identify optimization opportunities. Partner with marketing, analytics, creative, and operations teams to deliver effective customer experiences. Support key seasonal initiatives, including Holiday campaigns. Contribute to print and digital marketing efforts across owned channels, including email, app, and SMS. Create campaign reporting, insights, and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail across multiple projects. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Analytics, or a related field preferred. 3+ years of experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, CRM, campaign strategy, or marketing analytics. Strong experience with customer segmentation, campaign testing, and performance measurement. Experience working with owned marketing channels, including email, app, and SMS. Print marketing or direct mail experience preferred. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and project management skills.
