Integrated Marketing Strategist

Integrated Marketing Strategist Retail $30.34 per hour Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm Reynoldsburg, Ohio (Hybrid) 3-month contract What You'll Do: Campaign Execution Own end-to-end strategy and execution of print programs, including planning, forecasting, testing, and performance optimization Develop and execute integrated print + digital channel strategies, ensuring digital touchpoints (e.g., email, site, push, sms and app experiences) complement print programs to create seamless, high-impact customer journeys Define customer segmentation and campaign targeting strategies, partnering with analytics, finance and campaign ops teams to ensure the right message reaches the right customer at the right time Lead campaign selection and audience planning, aligning customer selection with business goals, seasonal priorities, and iROAS benchmarks Drive testing ideation and roadmap development, including hypothesis creation, test design, and measurement frameworks to continuously improve performance Partner with Creative and Brand teams to develop clear, insight-driven creative briefs that align messaging across print and digital channels Program Performance & Analysis Support Monday reporting; analyze weekly performance to inform in-moment pivots Conduct post-campaign performance analysis and reporting, synthesizing data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations that influence channel and investment decisions Analyze financial models and forecasts to evaluate ROI, optimize budget allocation, and support business case development for new initiatives Cross-Functional Collaboration Manage end-to-end project coordination, including timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and stakeholder communication to ensure flawless execution Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand Marketing, Campaign Operations, Creative, Finance, Production, Analytics, Loyalty, and Digital teams to ensure alignment, accountability, and consistency across all programs Coordinate approvals and stakeholder alignment, ensuring all campaigns meet marketing requirements while maintaining speed to market Maintain and improve operational processes, documentation, and campaign workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability Serve as a subject matter expert for print and integrated channel strategy, identifying opportunities to innovate and evolve the customer experience What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field 3-5 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, marketing analytics or customer insights Strong knowledge of performance KPIs, campaign and testing measurement and customer segmentation Direct experience with owned marketing drivers (Email, Push, SMS, Direct Mail) Strong analytical and storytelling skills with the ability to communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders Core Competencies Collaboration: Makes productive contributions, volunteers to help, and solicits input from others Communication: Keeps others informed at appropriate detail and listens attentively Innovation: Shares ideas, learns and applies innovative methods and new technology Data-Based Decision Making: Uses tools and techniques to interpret data, gathers data for decision making About Dawson Dawson is a trusted staffing partner in Central Ohio.
