Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related STEM discipline. Professional experience analyzing large datasets, building automated reports/dashboards, or supporting quality improvement initiatives. Demonstrated proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent). Experience collaborating in a cross-functional environment and communicating technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Desired Skills

Hands-on experience with statistical methods used in manufacturing (SPC, Capability Analysis, Pareto, Design of Experiments). Certification or training in Six Sigma, Lean, or other structured continuous-improvement methodologies. Experience building automated data workflows or ETL processes using Python, SQL, or Alteryx. Prior experience in Aerospace, Defense, or High-Reliability Electronics manufacturing. Familiarity with ISO 9001, AS9100, or other aerospace quality standards.
