Child Autism Therapist (Bachelors Degree Required)

Job Overview Action Behavior Centers is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work with children with autism ages 18 months to 8 years. This is a full‑time position (Monday‑Friday 8 am‑5 pm; optional Saturdays based on patient needs). Location: 9710 Northcross Center Court, Huntersville, NC 28078. What You’ll Be Doing Follow personalized ABA treatment plans and collect session data. Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands‑on activities. Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment. Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed. Job Requirements At least 18 years old. Bachelor’s degree (required); Master’s degree preferred. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and move frequently on the floor. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire. Training and Certification No experience necessary. The company provides paid training and fully covers your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. Pay Bachelor’s Degree: $16.50–$25.50 per hour Master’s Degree: $17.50–$27.00 per hour Benefits Guaranteed full‑time hours. Paid training and fully covered RBT certification.
