Compensation:
Pay Range:$175,000 - $225,000 Per Year

A regional opportunity for an experienced professional to lead complex tax engagements and contribute to practice growth.
This full-time role involves technical oversight, client advisory, and team leadership.
Candidates must demonstrate strong client-management skills and a credible interest in partnership progression.
Lead complex tax engagements and advise key clients.
Develop tax professionals and contribute to practice growth.
Manage compliance, year-round planning, and client advisory.
Handle complex tax structures for businesses and individuals.
Provide technical oversight and resolve advanced tax matters.
Advise on tax strategies and planning opportunities.
Ensure technical accuracy and compliance with tax laws.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and review complex tax engagements at federal, state, and local levels.
Lead year-round tax planning for diverse client groups.
Advise on entity selection, restructuring, and tax-efficient planning.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Mentor and develop tax professionals at various levels.

Qualifications
Active CPA license.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
10 years of progressive public accounting tax experience.
Experience managing and reviewing complex tax engagements.
Strong technical knowledge in various tax areas.
