Director OF Training

We are seeking a Director‑in‑Training to lead a vibrant 3‑month training program, including a one‑week onsite boot camp in Clayton, NC. Successful completion offers a permanent School Director position. What Your Days Will Look Like: Hands‑on training in hiring, team building, budgeting, marketing, and curriculum. Recruitment, training, and state‑compliant support for your staff. Supervision and inspiring of your team, including staff scheduling and substitute management. Building lasting connections with families and staff. Hosting informative tours for new families. Ensuring the school remains safe and clean. Administrative tasks such as billing, payroll, and record keeping. Contributing to general school duties, from cooking to classroom activities. Credential: CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred). Certified or licensed as required by your state.
