REQUIREMENTS:
- Successful completion of maintenance aptitude test.
- Successful completion of interview process and Hands on test.
- Candidate must become a member of the local Union.
- Must be able to work 10-hour shifts and occasional Overtime.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Self-directed and motivated.
- Candidate must possess strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to handle multiple time sensitive projects and issues. Must work well under pressure
- Candidate must possess the ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel, both hourly and management.
- Knowledge and experience including but not limited to Welding, Pipefitting, Rigging and General Mechanical trades
